Galerie Green is a curated collection of antique and vintage outdoor furnishings and decorative accents, offered exclusively online. Each piece is carefully selected for its exceptional craftsmanship, unique patina, and timeless design.
Who are the founders?
Galerie Green was created by Damien and Jacqueline Harrison, the husband-and-wife team behind Harrison Green, an acclaimed New York landscape design firm.

Where do the pieces come from?
Our collection spans Europe and America and is drawn from a range of sources. Every piece is carefully chosen for its design integrity, character, and enduring beauty.
Are the pieces authentic?
Every item is antique, vintage and/or pre-owned. Certificates of authenticity are not provided. Each piece is chosen with discernment for its design integrity, patina, and timeless quality.
What kind of condition can I expect?
All Galerie Green products are vintage, antique, and/or pre-owned. Cracks, chips, discoloration, rust, moss, and dirt are natural elements of each piece, developed over time, and are considered part of their character and charm. Condition notes are included on product pages, and additional details can be shared upon request.
Are condition notes guaranteed to cover every detail?
All Galerie Green items are antique, vintage, and/or pre-owned and sold in “as found” condition. Wear consistent with age and use — including surface irregularities, repairs, cracks, chips, discoloration or any other losses — should be expected. While descriptions and photographs reflect our assessment at the time of listing, customers are encouraged to request additional details prior to purchase.
My item arrived with dirt, moss, or rust. Why?
These qualities are a result of age and patina and are integral to the authenticity of vintage and antique furnishings. They are not considered defects.
Do you provide product details?
Yes. Downloadable tearsheets are available on each product page, featuring specifications, dimensions, and photography, with additional details available upon request.
Do you provide care instructions?
We do not issue specific care instructions. In general, we recommend gentle cleaning, seasonal protection for outdoor use, and professional consultation for any restoration needs.
Can I request additional information or sourcing support?
Yes. We encourage customers to contact us with any product-related questions, requests for additional information, or sourcing needs.

How do I access my account?
You can access your account by visiting LINK. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout. An account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and view your purchase history.
Can I track my order status?
Yes. Once logged into your account, you can view your order history and current status. You'll also receive email updates when your order is confirmed and ready for pickup/shipping coordination.
I can't access my account. What should I do?

Purchasing & Availability
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Trade customers may inquire about alternative arrangements during application.
What is your return policy?
Galerie Green does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges; orders are Final Sale.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Galerie Green is required to collect sales tax on all orders. Orders may be exempt from tax if a NYS Resale Certificate or a Bill of Lading proving the item will be shipped out of state is provided. If you believe your order may be eligible for exemption, please contact us at info@galeriegreennyc.com. Once proper documentation is approved, we will refund the sales tax.

Can I reserve an item?
Given the rarity of these pieces, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What if the item I wanted is no longer available?
Sold pieces cannot be restocked, but we welcome you to contact us at info@galeriegreennyc.com regarding additional inventory or specific sourcing requests.
Shipping & Pickup
When will my order ship?
Galerie Green does not manage shipping or packaging for most orders. We maintain an updated list of preferred shipping partners accustomed to the nature of our products. Customers must arrange for pickup within 15 days of order confirmation. Pickup appointments from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse can be scheduled within 3–5 business days. For a small selection of items, UPS Ground shipping is available as noted on the product page.
How do I arrange shipping for my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will select and contact a shipper directly from our preferred shipping partners list. Customers contract directly with the shipper for services, timing, and payment. Insurance is the customer's responsibility and strongly recommended for all shipments.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes. We provide shipping partners specializing in local and white-glove service.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. Orders may be collected from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse by appointment. Please contact us at info@galeriegreennyc.com to arrange.
What happens if I can't pick up my order right away?
Orders may be collected from our Brooklyn warehouse within 15 days of purchase at no additional charge. After 15 days, storage fees of $25 per day, per item apply. Items not collected within 60 days may be considered abandoned and resold.
Do you offer UPS shipping?
UPS Ground is available for a small selection of items, as noted on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Galerie Green does not arrange or coordinate international shipping. However, customers may work directly with their own shipping provider to arrange international transport from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse. All customs, duties, insurance, and international shipping logistics are the customer's responsibility.
My order arrived damaged. What are my options?
Because Galerie Green does not handle shipping directly, all responsibility for shipping, delivery, and insurance rests with the customer’s chosen provider once the item leaves our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with your shipping carrier and/or insurer. We recommend documenting the issue with photos and contacting the provider within 48 hours of receiving the item. For items shipped via UPS Ground, claims should be filed through UPS.

Do you work with designers and trade professionals?
Yes. Galerie Green welcomes designers and trade professionals.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We offer a 15% discount to verified trade professionals.
How do I apply for the trade program?
Please email us at info@galeriegreennyc.com to inquire about joining our trade program. Include your business name, contact information, and a brief description of your practice in your initial inquiry.
How long does trade approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
